Note - If your Lyra Okta account is locked, you will not be able to reset your password. Please use the steps here to unlock your account before you reset your password.
Head to lyra.okta.com If you have a recovery email and/or phone number added to your Lyra Okta account, use the following instructions to reset your password.
Enter your Lyra email address, and click on “Next”
Click the “Reset password” option at the bottom of the Verify with your password page.
Send a verification email to your Lyra email address will be completed in this next step, click on “Send me an email” to receive your verification email with an active link to reset your password
Check your Lyra email on your computer or mobile device. If you do not have access, check your personal email address for an email from Okta with a verification code

Once you have entered the verification code, click “Verify” you will then
be prompted to Verify your Security Question
If you do not remember the answer to your Security Question, please reach out to
Platform Support using our “help” options for a temporary password.
After you enter the Security Question answer you will be asked to
create a new password for your Okta account, please follow the instructions and choose “Sign me out of all other devices” and then click “Reset Password” to save
You will be redirected to the Okta login page to sign in using your Lyra email address and the NEW password you created

You can submit an emergency lockout ticket to Platform Support using these steps below with no login required!
- At provider.lyrahealth.com, Select Need help signing in > Help
- When redirected, navigate to More Help on the right-hand side of the page
- Select Request help
- In the pop-up window, enter your Lyra email address and a personal email address that you can access. We’ll use both email addresses to contact you if your Lyra email is inaccessible.
- Add a brief description of which account is locked and any error messages
- Platform Support will contact you at your personal email address to unlock your account
