From your Chrome browser navigate to lyra.okta.com
You must have a recovery email added to your Lyra Okta account
Use the following instructions to unlock your account
Click the “Unlock your account” option at the bottom of the Sign In page
Enter your Lyra email address and click “Select” next to the option you want to use
In this example, click Select for an email
Click on “Send me an email” to verify you are ready to receive the verification code
Check your Lyra email on your computer or mobile device. If you do not have access, check your personal email address for an email from Okta with a verification code
Once you have opened the verification email, note the verification code found in the email to unlock your account. You will need to enter the verification code found in the email
Once you have unlocked your Okta account you may now proceed to log in using your current Lyra email address and Okta password
