Password recovery options will allow you to unlock and reset your credentials without contacting technical support. Please follow these steps below to securely update your personal contact information and account verification.
Login to https://lyra.okta.com with your Lyra Okta credentials. At the top right, select Profile >> Settings.
Email Recovery
To add a “secondary email” address for account recovery, select “Edit” in your personal information. Once you save your secondary option, please check the associated email address inbox to confirm it as your secondary email. This will send password recovery information to a personal mailbox only you have access to.
